😎 Your Role - HR Manager & Recruiter

Your job will be to work on internal and external team improvement efforts. That includes responsibilities like:

  • Review. Successfully review job descriptions, understand the hiring manager's needs, and ask questions that'll help you identify the right candidate(s).
  • Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills. Learn and evaluate different technical skills in software and Saas job market.
  • Identify. Sourcing and uncovering the best candidates for open positions.
  • Screen. Evaluate the competence of candidates against technical job descriptions.
  • Interview. Meeting candidates in video meetings to assess their qualifications and different skillsets.
  • Following up. Keep your candidates in the loop. It goes a long way to build your credibility and keep your candidates coming back to you or sending referrals.
  • Present. Showing or offering candidate resumes to hiring managers to scrutinize or consider.
  • Hire. Help our team hire the best candidates and lead candidates through negotiation, contract signing, onboarding, and teambuilding exercises.
  • Maintain. Supervise all external processes for all open positions, job descriptions, job boards, and other types of work that allow the team to keep a steady flow of necessary talent.
  • Maintain. Conduct orientation and training programs, schedule, and conduct job evaluations.
  • Maintain. Plan, monitor, and appraise employee work. Managing human resource policies, procedures, and records.

✏️ Requirements

Our team is fully remote, and you will be working underneath our CTO, CEO, and Project Manager, so we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience working as HR Manager or Recruiter
  • English as a first language or 100% bilingual
  • Experience with MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Specific experience testing and recruiting IT professionals (developers).

Bonus points go to those who:

  • Have experience in web design, UI/UX, and/or programming languages.
  • Have a degree in HR, accounting, or finances.
  • Proficient in any additional languages.
  • Experience with ClickUp
